About Altagracia
Altagracia Pierre-Outerbridge is the founder and owner of Outerbridge Law P.C., a New York City-based law firm established in 2019. Her legal practice focuses on landlord-tenant disputes, housing litigation, transactional matters, and immigration law. With more than a decade of experience handling cases in Supreme Court and Housing Court, she has developed a strong background in litigation and representing clients through different stages of legal proceedings. Her work combines courtroom experience with a practical understanding of the legal issues affecting landlords and tenants.
Before establishing her own firm, Altagracia represented clients from the initial intake stage through trial. This experience allowed her to build her litigation skills and gain firsthand knowledge of the challenges involved in resolving legal disputes. After years of legal practice, she launched Outerbridge Law P.C. to continue serving clients with a focus on housing-related matters and other areas within her practice.
Altagracia represents both landlords and tenants in a range of housing litigation cases. These matters include month-to-month holdover proceedings, nuisance cases, owner’s use cases, and licensee disputes. Her experience on both sides of landlord-tenant matters gives her insight into the different concerns that arise in housing disputes. Through Outerbridge Law P.C., she handles litigation and transactional matters while also assisting clients with immigration-related legal issues.
