About Emile
Emile P. Sayegh is the founding partner and managing partner of Sayegh & Sayegh, P.C. in Yonkers, New York. With more than 30 years of legal experience, he has built a broad practice serving individuals, businesses, corporations, and organizations in complex legal matters. His primary areas of practice include matrimonial law, business law, real estate law, and commercial law, with extensive experience handling business transactions and legal issues for both corporate and individual clients.
Throughout his career, Emile has represented clients in a wide variety of sophisticated business and commercial matters. For more than a decade, he has also served as general legal counsel to a large religious Archdiocese in New York, advising on business matters and legal issues affecting religious organizations across the United States. This long-term counsel role has given him substantial experience dealing with organizational, transactional, and commercial legal matters involving complex interests and multiple jurisdictions.
Emile is also an accomplished appellate and courtroom advocate. He has successfully argued cases before the New York State Supreme Court and the Appellate Division for both the First and Second Departments. His practice is characterized by a strong commitment to his clients, personalized attention, and a determination to protect their legal and business interests. He is admitted to practice in New York, Arizona, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.
