About Taso
Taso Pardalis is a founding partner of Pardalis & Nohavicka and an experienced attorney working across sports, media, entertainment, intellectual property, and business law. He also serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ante, Inc., where he oversees a diverse portfolio of business interests, investments, brand partnerships, endorsements, and social impact initiatives. His work involves multiple industries, including technology, sports, entertainment, healthcare, and finance, giving him experience with the legal and commercial issues that arise in complex business environments.
Admitted to the New York Bar in 2005, Taso is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Wisconsin. His federal court admissions include the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. During more than 17 years with Pardalis & Nohavicka, he managed the firm's commercial and corporate, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and criminal defense practices. His work and clients have received coverage in national and international media, and he has been peer-nominated as a New York Super Lawyer in intellectual property, business law, and real estate.
Taso earned his law degree from New York Law School, where he focused on intellectual property, entertainment, corporate and business law, maritime law, and real estate development. Beyond his legal practice, he teaches sports law at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment. He has also contributed to legal publications, including the New York Law Journal, combining his professional experience with an ongoing role in legal education and industry discussion.
