About Tracy
Tracy Tyson Miller has dedicated her entire legal career to helping individuals secure the Social Security Disability benefits they need. With decades of experience and more than 2,500 successful disability claims, she provides knowledgeable, compassionate representation to clients navigating the often-complex Social Security system. As the first attorney in Florida to earn Board Certification in Social Security Disability Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Tracy is widely recognized for her skill, dedication, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
In addition to representing disability claimants, Tracy is a respected leader and educator within the legal community. She is a frequent speaker on Social Security Disability law, has authored articles for legal publications, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Her leadership also includes chairing the Jacksonville Bar Association's Social Security Disability Committee and serving on the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Program Services Committee, reflecting her longstanding commitment to both the legal profession and the community.
