About Lori
Lori A. Gaglione has devoted her legal career to representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Veterans Disability benefits. After beginning her work in disability law in the early 1990s, she founded her own practice with a mission to provide compassionate, client-focused representation for people facing life-changing disabilities. For decades, she has guided clients through every stage of the disability claims and appeals process, helping them secure the benefits they deserve while navigating an often-complex legal system.
Beyond her practice, Lori is an active member of the legal community and is affiliated with organizations including the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Beach Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), and the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA). She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her commitment to advocacy extends into the community, where she serves in leadership roles supporting local arts and civic initiatives.
