His litigation experience includes complex cases involving automobile liability, dangerous property conditions, and product-related injuries.
Knispel earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Following law school, he was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. He is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His professional recognitions include membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as selection to The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 and Super Lawyers from 2023 through 2026. His work focuses on helping injured people pursue compensation and navigate the legal challenges that follow an accident.
