Erica Colon is a valued attorney at The Perecman Firm, where she works tirelessly representing clients who have been seriously injured. Erica’s journey to the legal profession began during college, when a summer internship at a district attorney’s office sparked her interest in law. In law school, she gained valuable experience working at a personal injury firm, where she represented victims of medical malpractice and asbestos exposure. This experience deepened her commitment to advocating for injured individuals and their families.

Erica is known for her compassionate approach, striving to connect with each client on a personal level. She approaches cases with the care and attention as if they involved her own family, always ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported. A graduate of Ithaca College (B.S. 2009) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 2013), Erica is also OSHA-10 certified.
