About Anant
Anant Kishore is an experienced personal injury attorney with O’Brien & Ford PC in Buffalo, New York. He has been practicing as a litigator since 2011 and has developed substantial experience in personal injury litigation, including both representing injured individuals and defending personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies. His background on both sides of personal injury litigation gives him valuable insight into how insurers evaluate claims and the strategies defense attorneys may use to challenge injured plaintiffs.
Before joining O’Brien & Ford, Anant spent several years litigating at a large law firm in Rochester, New York, where he gained experience across multiple areas of law. He later focused on personal injury defense at a prominent Buffalo firm and was ultimately promoted to partner. During this time, he developed a detailed understanding of insurance practices, claim evaluation, liability disputes, and the tactics commonly used in personal injury defense.
Anant ultimately chose to move from the defense side of personal injury litigation to representing injured individuals. He now uses his experience with insurance companies and defense attorneys to help clients navigate the legal obstacles that can arise after serious accidents and pursue the compensation they deserve for their injuries, pain, and suffering. His practice covers personal injury matters involving accidents and other injuries, with O’Brien & Ford handling cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and other serious personal injury claims.
Anant has also received recognition for his advocacy and trial skills, including the James M. Kieffer Trial Excellence Award and honors for Best Oral Advocate and Best Respondent’s Brief in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. He is based in East Amherst, New York, and represents injured clients through O’Brien & Ford’s Buffalo practice.
