About Teresa
Teresa M. Graw, Esq. is Of-Counsel to Clark Law Firm and the managing attorney of Teresa M. Graw, LLC. Since beginning her legal practice in 1990, she has focused on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, advising and representing individuals, families, businesses, and corporate clients from across the world. Her practice covers a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, asylum, employment immigration, removal proceedings, Special Immigrant Juvenile matters, Violence Against Women Act cases, and workforce compliance.
Throughout her career, Graw has represented clients with diverse backgrounds and circumstances. Her experience includes assisting unaccompanied children seeking protection from persecution as well as advising executives of multinational companies on immigration issues connected with extended international assignments. She also works with businesses in industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Graw places a strong emphasis on personal attention and remains directly involved in her clients’ matters. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and Monmouth County Bar Association. She is also fluent in Spanish and serves as a KIND pro bono representative.
