Peter A. Maduabum is the Principal Counsel at Maduabum Law Firm LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in a diverse range of legal matters. His practice includes immigration, criminal defense, family law, commercial transactions, personal injury, and civil matters. He also advises corporate and individual clients on international due diligence, commercial acquisitions, and contract review and negotiations. With experience spanning multiple areas of law, Maduabum brings a broad perspective to complex legal and business issues.
Before establishing Maduabum Law Firm LLC, he served as a founding member and Managing Partner of Cobos Ellington Maduabum & McKenzie, LLC, following the merger of that practice with his former Wall Street law firm. His professional background also includes international commercial arbitration and capital market development and regulation. In addition to his private practice, Maduabum has provided pro bono legal counsel to nonprofit organizations and has served on the boards of domestic and international corporations. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as several federal courts.
