About Brock
Brock Alvarado is a personal injury attorney with Hensley Legal Group, serving clients in Indiana and Illinois. Licensed in Indiana since 1992 and Illinois since 2006, he has developed extensive experience handling complex litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. His practice also includes car accidents, semi-truck accidents, premises liability, and work-site injuries.
Before entering private practice, Brock served as a deputy prosecutor in the Felony Division of the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office in Crown Point, Indiana. His litigation background includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants and serving as plaintiff’s trial counsel in a nationally publicized case involving Dr. Mark Weinberger. He has experience throughout the litigation process, including pleadings, motions, discovery, medical review panels, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom proceedings. Brock has also contributed to legal education as a continuing legal education instructor. He is admitted to federal courts in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and is a member of the Indiana and Illinois Bars.
