About Samantha
Samantha Greene is a founding partner of Sevens Legal Criminal Lawyers and a California-certified criminal law specialist with more than 20 years of experience. Based in San Diego, she represents clients facing a wide range of felony and misdemeanor charges, including violent crimes, sex offenses, domestic violence, drug offenses, DUI, and federal criminal matters.
Before establishing her private practice, Greene served as a Deputy District Attorney for San Diego County and worked with the Public Defender’s Office. She later became a senior associate at a San Diego trial firm before co-founding Sevens Legal in 2013. Her background has provided her with experience from multiple sides of the criminal justice system.
Greene works closely with clients to understand the circumstances surrounding their cases and develop strategies based on the specific facts involved. She has handled serious criminal matters in state and federal courts and has received recognition from legal organizations and publications. She is also admitted to practice before several federal courts in addition to California courts.
