About Will
Will League is an Alabama personal injury attorney and an active trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing people who have been injured because of negligence or wrongdoing. Based in Huntsville, he represents clients in a broad range of personal injury matters, including automobile and truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, construction accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home abuse, slip and fall cases, and insurance disputes. His practice is centered on giving injured clients a strong voice when they are unable to effectively advocate for themselves.
Will has built his career around trial advocacy and has obtained multi-million-dollar resolutions as well as numerous jury trial awards for his clients. He also brings experience from earlier work as a judicial clerk for a Montgomery County judge and as an intern with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. These experiences helped develop the legal research, courtroom, and litigation skills that have remained central to his practice. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association.
Beyond the courtroom, Will takes a personal approach to representing clients. He understands that people coming to an injury lawyer are often dealing with physical pain, financial pressure, and uncertainty about what comes next. He emphasizes communication, accessibility, and helping clients understand their legal options throughout the process. His goal is not simply to resolve a case, but to stand alongside clients and pursue the compensation and resolution they deserve.
