About Craig
Craig Jarvis is an attorney at Jarvis + Modun LLP who represents people dealing with injuries, disabilities, and the financial challenges that can accompany them. Since beginning his legal practice in Vermont in 2000, he has handled Workers’ Compensation and personal injury claims while also developing a substantial practice in Social Security Disability matters.
His work includes representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York. He also represents Vermonters in short-term and long-term disability insurance claims. His practice covers a broad range of injury and disability matters, allowing him to address situations where a client may have claims involving multiple benefit systems.
Jarvis takes a comprehensive approach to cases involving overlapping sources of compensation. He has represented clients pursuing combinations of personal injury, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and long-term disability claims, with attention to how one claim can affect another.
He is a past president of the Vermont Association for Justice and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in Social Security Disability law.
