About Phillip
Phillip Galyen is the President and CEO of Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law, a Texas-based firm that has grown into one of the region's largest consumer-focused law practices. Since helping establish the firm in 1989, he has played a leading role in expanding its legal services across Texas, Arkansas, and New Mexico while emphasizing client-focused representation and operational excellence. His practice includes personal injury and business law, backed by more than four decades of legal experience.
Mr. Galyen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington before receiving his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1982. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Throughout his career, he has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the Texas State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association, and has received recognition such as selection to the Texas Super Lawyers list during multiple years.
