Scott N. Heidepriem is a highly experienced trial attorney and partner at Heidepriem, Purtell, Siegel & Hinrichs, LLP in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. With more than four decades of litigation experience, he practices in all areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His practice includes trial work and appeals, and his extensive courtroom experience has made him one of South Dakota’s prominent trial lawyers.
Scott has earned numerous professional distinctions throughout his career, including recognition by Best Lawyers in America since 2007 and repeated selection among the top lawyers in South Dakota by Super Lawyers. He has also received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected among the nation’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Scott has served in leadership roles with the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and the South Dakota Board of Trial Advocates.
