About Lindsey
Lindsey K. Janklow is a fourth-generation attorney from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who focuses her practice on litigation and advocacy for individuals facing complex and challenging legal matters. Her practice areas include personal injury, disability discrimination, daycare abuse, medical malpractice, education law, health care law, criminal law, and family law. She is particularly passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and protecting the rights of vulnerable people.
Lindsey has been actively involved in disability advocacy, including efforts that contributed to autism insurance reform legislation introduced before the South Dakota Legislature in 2019. She also serves as Vice President of the Yaks Gives Back Foundation, a nonprofit focused on inclusivity and employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities. Lindsey is admitted to practice in South Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.
