Shelley Duff is an experienced criminal defense attorney and Senior Attorney with Shrager Defense Attorneys in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She focuses exclusively on criminal defense and represents clients facing a wide range of charges, from DUI and other misdemeanor offenses to serious felony cases. With decades of legal experience, she brings a broad understanding of criminal proceedings and a strong commitment to protecting the rights of those accused of crimes.
Shelley began her legal career with the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Public Advocacy before returning to Pennsylvania, where she served as a prosecutor with the Blair County District Attorney’s Office. She later spent seven years as an Assistant Public Defender with the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. Her experience on both the prosecution and defense sides of criminal cases has given her valuable insight into the strategies and procedures involved in Pennsylvania's criminal justice system.
Throughout her career, Shelley has developed extensive trial experience and has handled cases involving offenses ranging from DUI and drug charges to serious violent crimes, including homicide. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1998 and in Ohio since 1996, she represents clients through Shrager Defense Attorneys in Pittsburgh and throughout Western Pennsylvania. Her practice is focused on thorough case preparation, courtroom advocacy, and providing dedicated representation to clients facing difficult criminal charges.
