About Samir
Samir Sarna is an established criminal defense attorney and partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since beginning his legal career in 2010, he has represented clients in a broad range of criminal matters, including DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, sex offenses, property crimes, traffic violations, and other misdemeanor and felony charges. His practice extends throughout Western Pennsylvania, with experience in both state and federal courts.
Over the course of his career, Samir has handled hundreds of criminal cases and developed substantial courtroom experience. He has successfully taken more than 20 jury and bench trials to verdict and has represented clients in serious felony matters across multiple Pennsylvania counties. His earlier work with the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender and Office of Conflict Counsel gave him extensive experience handling serious criminal cases and a detailed understanding of the local criminal justice system.
Samir is also an experienced appellate advocate who has briefed and argued criminal appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
