Brian H. Getson is a partner at Getson & Schatz, P.C., where he leads the firm's nationwide immigration law practice. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has represented individuals, families, businesses, hospitals, universities, research institutions, and employers in a broad range of immigration matters. His practice includes employment-based visas, family-based immigration, green cards, naturalization, extraordinary ability petitions, National Interest Waivers (NIW), PERM labor certifications, and complex immigration cases before U.S. immigration agencies.
