Stephanie Tolnai, Esq. is an accomplished litigation attorney with Clark Law Firm, P.C., where she represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. Her practice focuses on personal injury, commercial litigation, products liability, malpractice, and contract disputes. She has represented clients injured in automobile collisions, defective product incidents, slip and fall accidents, pedestrian and bicycle crashes, and dog attacks, as well as individuals and businesses affected by fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Throughout her career, Tolnai has secured substantial recoveries for clients through trials, mediations, and settlements. Her litigation experience includes complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, including a case involving a fatal gas explosion in which she represented an injured survivor and the estate of the deceased.
Tolnai was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1995 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1996. Before entering private practice, she interned for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Ralph Cappy and clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey in both the Civil and Family Divisions.
