About Richard
Richard A. Harris is a founding partner of the Richard Harris Law Firm and a personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Nevada. He has practiced law since 1980 and has built his career around representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries, wrongful death, and other personal injury matters. The firm has offices across Nevada, including Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Summerlin, and Spring Valley.
Richard’s practice has included personal injury litigation and mass tort matters involving defective drugs and medical devices. Over the years, the firm has handled cases involving products and medications such as Vitek, Guidant, DePuy Hip Prostheses, Xarelto, IVC Filters, and other mass tort claims. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and California and has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
Beyond his legal practice, Richard has contributed to professional legal education and public service. He taught Law Practice Management as an adjunct professor at UNLV’s Boyd School of Law and has served in leadership roles with the Nevada Justice Association. He was also appointed as an examiner for the State Bar of Nevada’s Board of Personal Injury Specialization.
