About David
David Boehrer is a personal injury attorney in Henderson, Nevada, with extensive experience representing individuals and families following serious accidents and injuries. His practice covers automobile and motorcycle accidents, truck and big-rig collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability. Over the course of his career, he has handled a broad range of injury matters, from slip-and-fall claims to complex motor vehicle cases involving significant injuries and loss.
Boehrer’s approach to litigation was shaped early in his career by a wrongful death case involving a young girl who was killed in a collision with a fire truck. The experience strengthened his commitment to pursuing accountability when preventable conduct contributes to a person’s injuries or death. He prepares cases with the possibility of trial in mind, even when a matter may ultimately be resolved through settlement.
Licensed to practice law in Nevada since 2005, Boehrer is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and has held several leadership roles within the organization, including president and executive committee service. He also helped establish Club X, an initiative supporting attorneys earlier in their careers through professional education and networking opportunities.
Outside his legal practice, Boehrer has remained active in his community and has served as president of the Football Booster Club at Foothill High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and participating in outdoor activities with his family.
