About Craig
Craig Hensel is the founder of Hensel Law, PLLC, where he represents individuals in a wide range of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, insurance disputes, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. Before founding his practice, he spent more than a decade as a prosecutor, gaining extensive courtroom and jury trial experience, and later represented insurance companies in civil litigation before dedicating his practice to advocating exclusively for injured clients.
With nearly three decades of legal experience, Craig is known for his practical approach, trial advocacy, and commitment to helping clients recover the compensation they deserve. Licensed to practice in Montana, North Dakota, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, he has built a reputation for providing personalized representation and guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with confidence and compassion.
