About Emily
With a strong foundation in civil litigation, Emily M. Titus focuses her practice on representing clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, automobile accident, trucking accident, and other serious injury matters. She is licensed to practice in Missouri state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Emily earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Writing, with a minor in Law and Society, from Drury University, graduating magna cum laude. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she competed on the Mizzou moot court negotiation team, achieved national recognition in the American Bar Association's law student negotiation competition, and earned a certificate in Tax and Transactional Law.
In addition to her legal practice, Emily is committed to serving her community through volunteer and pro bono work. She supports children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Southwest Missouri and assists veterans through pro bono referrals from the University of Missouri's Veterans Clinic. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Missouri Bar, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. Clients value her thoughtful approach, strong advocacy, and dedication to helping those facing challenging legal situations.
