About Kelby
Kelby Monks is an Idaho attorney whose legal career has focused on helping individuals and families navigate difficult personal injury situations. His work with The Advocates has involved representing hundreds of people in personal injury cases, building on a professional background dedicated to assisting clients who need legal guidance after an injury. He has also been involved in efforts to advance legislation intended to protect and support victims in Idaho.
Kelby earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Boise State University before attending the University of Idaho College of Law. His early legal experience included serving as a law clerk with Lister Frost Injury Lawyers and clerking for the Idaho Supreme Court. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, which he joined in 2018.
