About Branden
Branden Huckstep is an Idaho attorney who represents clients in personal injury matters as part of The Advocates. Before joining the firm’s personal injury team, he developed a broad civil litigation background through his work at Johnson May, PLLC, where he represented clients in areas including business and construction law, real estate, landlord-tenant matters, and family law. This experience provides him with a well-rounded understanding of civil litigation and the legal issues that can arise when individuals and businesses become involved in disputes.
Branden earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Utah State University before attending the University of Idaho College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for an immigration and personal injury practice in the Boise area. He later served as a law clerk with Litster Frost Injury Lawyers from 2016 to 2018 before joining Johnson May, PLLC. He joined The Advocates as a personal injury attorney after building several years of experience in civil litigation.
Branden is admitted to practice law in Idaho and before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. He has been a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association since 2018. A native of Idaho’s Treasure Valley, Branden lives there with his wife and family. Away from his legal practice, he enjoys traveling, exploring new places, camping throughout Idaho, and motorcycle riding.
