About Maggie
Maggie Spaulding, Esq. is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Spaulding Injury Law, where she works alongside her team to help injury victims and their families pursue fair compensation for their losses. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Maggie brings extensive knowledge in probate, estate, and trust matters to support clients facing complex personal injury cases, including wrongful death claims, settlements involving minors, and catastrophic injury cases requiring probate court involvement.
Before joining Spaulding Injury Law, Maggie spent over a decade practicing with a large North Georgia law firm, focusing on wills, trusts, estates, and probate litigation. She has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem in various Probate Courts and is known for her dedication to protecting the interests of vulnerable clients. Maggie is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association and has been actively involved in her local community through organizations such as the North Forsyth Rotary Club.
