Kevin R. Fisher is the founder of Kevin Fisher Legal and has more than 20 years of experience defending individuals charged with criminal and traffic offenses throughout Georgia. His practice focuses on DUI defense, drug crimes, violent offenses, theft and fraud, weapons charges, juvenile matters, probation violations, and other misdemeanor and felony cases. Before dedicating his career to criminal defense, Kevin served as corporate counsel, where he developed strong negotiation skills that now help him secure favorable outcomes for clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
Known for his strategic and client-focused approach, Kevin thoroughly investigates every case and works closely with clients to determine the best path forward, whether through negotiation or trial. He has completed specialized DUI training, including the same field sobriety and breath-testing courses used by Georgia State Patrol officers, giving him valuable insight into DUI investigations and evidence.
