About Jeffrey
Jeffrey S. Warncke has dedicated more than 25 years to representing policyholders in complex disability insurance and insurance benefits disputes. After beginning his legal career handling personal injury and work-related injury cases, he shifted his focus to long-term disability law in 1999 after recognizing the lack of experienced legal representation available to individuals whose legitimate disability claims had been denied. Since then, he has built a practice centered on protecting the rights of insured individuals and holding insurance companies accountable.
Today, Mr. Warncke represents clients nationwide in long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), health insurance, and ERISA-related claims. Throughout his career, he and his firm have helped more than 1,000 clients recover insurance benefits, representing professionals, executives, healthcare providers, and workers from a wide range of industries. Known for his extensive knowledge of insurance law and personalized approach to client advocacy, he is committed to helping individuals secure the benefits they have earned and deserve.
