About Emily
Emily Joyce Phillips is the founder of Miami Family Law Group, where she dedicates her practice to helping individuals and families navigate complex divorce and family law matters. With more than two decades of legal experience, she represents clients in cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, guardianship, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and other family-related disputes. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In addition to representing clients, Emily is actively involved in the legal and local community. She serves as a board member of Kidside, a nonprofit organization that supports families involved in divorce and paternity matters, and has served as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children. Known for her compassionate and practical approach, Emily is committed to guiding clients through challenging family law issues while working toward effective and lasting resolutions.
