About Nicholas
Nicholas M. Krayer is a founding member of Pratcher Krayer LLC, where he represents individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. His experience includes advocacy for clients who have suffered injuries and navigating the legal and insurance issues that can arise after an accident or workplace injury.
Before focusing exclusively on representing injured clients, Nick gained valuable insight into personal injury litigation while working for an insurance defense firm, where he represented insurance carriers in injury and workers’ compensation cases. He also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware and as a Deputy Child Advocate, representing children in matters involving abuse, neglect, and dependency. This background provides him with experience on multiple sides of the legal process.
Nick is admitted to practice in Delaware and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a past president and active member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and has received professional recognition including selection to Super Lawyers from 2021 through 2026 and Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers from 2019 through 2025.
