About Kelly
Kelley M. Huff is a trial lawyer whose practice is focused on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and personal injury. She represents individuals who have suffered injuries because of negligence and works closely with clients to help them understand what happened, identify those responsible, and determine the legal options available to them.
In addition to her personal injury practice, Huff brings valuable experience from serving for six years as legal counsel to the Delaware Senate. She is also involved in advocacy for vulnerable individuals, including volunteering with the Office of the Child Advocate to represent dependent, neglected, and abused children in Family Court proceedings. Her professional involvement includes leadership within the Delaware State Bar Association and participation in the Superior Court Civil Rules Committee.
Huff is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her professional recognition includes being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Delaware and receiving recognition from The National Trial Lawyers and Delaware Today for her work in trial and medical malpractice law.
