Joshua J. Inkell is the Managing Attorney of The Inkell Firm, LLC, where he represents individuals and families throughout Delaware in personal injury and civil litigation matters. His practice includes car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, wrongful death, construction accidents, premises liability, and other serious injury claims. Having previously represented insurance companies, medical institutions, and nursing homes, Inkell brings valuable insight into how opposing parties and insurers approach injury claims.
