About Dave
Dave Skoranski is an experienced trial attorney at Pratcher Krayer LLC, where he represents individuals in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and civil rights matters throughout Delaware. He has spent much of his career in the courtroom, trying more than 50 jury cases to verdict and handling complex litigation from initial investigation through appeal. His broad trial experience allows him to approach challenging cases with a thorough understanding of both legal strategy and courtroom advocacy.
Before focusing his practice on representing injured individuals, Skoranski gained valuable experience on both sides of the courtroom. As a Deputy Attorney General with Delaware’s Division of Civil Rights & Public Trust, he prosecuted significant cases involving public corruption, police misconduct, and hate crimes, securing multiple jury convictions and arguing before the Delaware Supreme Court. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant Public Defender representing clients facing serious felony charges, including capital cases.
Skoranski draws on this diverse background to anticipate the strategies of insurance companies, defense attorneys, and opposing parties while building strong cases for his clients. He is committed to pursuing justice and fair compensation for individuals dealing with serious injuries and other difficult legal circumstances. His work has earned recognition including Delaware Business Times’ “40 Under 40” and a 2025 Top Lawyer designation from Delaware Today.
