About Christine
Christine Kane is a Delaware personal injury attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience representing clients in complex injury and workers’ compensation matters. Her practice includes personal injury, medical negligence, and workers’ compensation claims, where she helps individuals pursue compensation after suffering harm because of another party’s negligence or wrongdoing. She is licensed to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Before joining Pratcher Krayer LLC, Christine spent several years representing healthcare providers, medical facilities, employers, and insurance companies in civil litigation. That defense-side experience gives her a valuable understanding of how insurance carriers and opposing counsel evaluate injury claims and challenge liability. She now uses that knowledge to develop litigation strategies for injured clients, particularly when an insurer denies a claim or offers less compensation than the circumstances warrant.
Christine also served as a judicial law clerk to Delaware Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden, giving her firsthand experience with the court system and civil procedure. She has served on the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee and as a Guardian ad litem with the Office of the Child Advocate. Her professional work has earned recognition as a Delaware Rising Star and a Top Lawyer in the State. Christine brings a combination of litigation experience, courtroom knowledge, and compassionate advocacy to clients facing the financial and personal consequences of serious injuries.
