About Katrina
Born and raised in Milford, Delaware, Katrina graduated from Milford Senior High School in 1997 at the age of 16. She attended college at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, took two years off to serve a church mission in Finland, and then graduated with a B.A. in 2004. After several years in the workforce, she returned to the East Coast to attend law school at George Mason University School of Law, graduating in 2011 while 8 months pregnant with her first child. She was admitted to practice before the Virginia Bar in 2012. After several years of part-time law practice and full-time motherhood, she returned to Delaware with her family. In 2023, she was admitted to practice before the Delaware Bar.
Katrina’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, including drafting wills and a variety of specialized trusts, in addition to powers of attorney and advanced health care directives. Katrina knows from personal experience that most people are only one crisis away from financial disaster. She is dedicated to helping others understand the complex legal issues they face so that the death or incapacity of a loved one doesn’t have to bring a multitude of financial uncertainty, confusion and stress to compound their grief. Katrina also represents clients in estate administration, landlord/tenant disputes, small business formations and other business transactions, civil litigation for breach of contract, and property disputes.
