About Ryan
Ryan Cayer is an attorney and Chief Operating Officer at Carter Mario Injury Lawyers, where he helps guide clients through the complexities of the legal process while overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations. His legal background includes experience in civil litigation, adoption, landlord-tenant matters, human rights, immigration, and contract disputes, giving him a broad understanding of different areas of law and litigation.
Before joining Carter Mario Injury Lawyers, Cayer built his career through both private practice and legal services roles. He began as a solo practitioner in California before returning to Connecticut, where he worked as a legal research attorney and solutions consultant for LexisNexis. He later served as Director of Global Operations at Haddad & Partners and ultimately became the company’s COO and CEO. He is admitted to practice in California and remains involved in community service through his work with the North End Action Team in Middletown.
