About Kaylea
Kaylea Waechter is an Associate Attorney at Bowman Law, LLC, where she focuses her practice on personal injury, business law, and bad faith insurance matters. She has developed substantial litigation experience handling cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, serious injuries, breach of contract, civil theft, and insurance disputes. Kaylea has represented clients through every stage of litigation, from initial case evaluation and intake through negotiations and courtroom litigation, including matters involving large insurance companies and corporations.
Kaylea brings valuable perspective to personal injury claims through her previous experience handling insurance defense matters, allowing her to anticipate the strategies commonly used by major insurance carriers. She practices in both state and federal courts in Colorado and has earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, including selections in 2021, 2022, 2024, 2025, and 2026. She is also committed to mentoring future lawyers and giving back to her legal community through her involvement with the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s alumni and mentorship programs.
