About Daniel
Daniel’s path into the legal profession was shaped by an early desire to help others and a strong commitment to serving people facing difficult circumstances. Before building his career as a personal injury attorney, he gained valuable experience through his service in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served from 2003 to 2009.
During his military service, Daniel was stationed in Seoul, South Korea, and Iraq, working within one of the largest military jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Serving as a JAG Corps paralegal, he developed a practical understanding of legal procedures, case preparation, and the importance of careful attention to detail. His work earned him recognition as the top enlisted JAG member in the Asia Pacific.
After completing his military service, Daniel continued his legal career and established his own firm in Orange County. He remains personally involved in every case, working closely with clients and providing guidance throughout the legal process. His approach combines thorough preparation, direct communication, and determined advocacy.
Through his legal practice, Daniel has helped secure more than $600 million in settlements and jury awards for injured clients. He continues to represent individuals seeking accountability and fair compensation after serious accidents.
