About Meredith
Meredith Moore is an experienced Arkansas personal injury attorney with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton Injury Lawyers. She focuses on representing individuals who have been harmed by negligent or reckless conduct and has particular experience handling cases involving sexual abuse, sexual assault, and failures of corporate accountability. Her approach is centered on giving clients personal attention while pursuing meaningful results through settlement or litigation.
Before entering private practice, Meredith served as a prosecuting attorney with the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she primarily handled felony cases involving child abuse and sexual assault. That courtroom experience provided her with a strong foundation in trial advocacy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by victims and their families.
Meredith has earned recognition for both her legal work and community involvement. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers for Personal Injury and was named the 2021 Arkansas Access to Justice Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year. She was also honored among Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 and received the Roxanne Wilson Advocacy Award. Her professional service includes serving as President of the Pulaski County Bar Foundation and on the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Beyond her legal practice, Meredith works with anti-trafficking advocacy organizations and has served as an Honorary Commander for Little Rock Air Force Base. Her combination of courtroom experience, advocacy, and community service allows her to provide dedicated representation to clients facing difficult personal injury matters.
