About Hillary
Hillary Branham is an Arkansas personal injury attorney with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, where she represents people dealing with the aftermath of accidents and injuries. Her decision to pursue law was driven by a desire to serve people during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Branham focuses on advocating for clients and helping ease the legal and insurance-related burdens that can follow an accident, allowing them to concentrate on their recovery. Her practice covers a broad range of personal injury matters, including auto, motorcycle, bicycle, truck, boating, and equipment accidents, as well as brain injuries, defective products, dog bites, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse, negligent security, and wrongful death.
Before joining Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Branham gained practical legal experience through several clerkships and an associate position at McClelland Law Firm, P.A. While in law school, she also worked at Taylor & Taylor Law Firm and served as a Rule XV certified student attorney with the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Branham later returned to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton to continue her career representing Arkansas clients. Her approach emphasizes personal attention, advocacy, and helping injured individuals navigate the complexities of their claims.
