About Heather
Heather G. Zachary is an Arkansas attorney and Director of Litigation at Reddick Law, where she focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect, appeals, class actions, and complex personal injury litigation. Her legal career has included work at prominent law firms, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and in private practice, giving her broad experience handling cases that require detailed legal research, strong written advocacy, and careful litigation strategy. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma and before the United States Supreme Court and federal courts in Arkansas.
Before joining Reddick Law, Heather worked in Washington, D.C. with McDermott Will & Emery before returning to Arkansas and serving as a law clerk to Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck. She later practiced environmental and employment law and handled appeals before returning to the Arkansas Supreme Court as a clerk for Justice Courtney Hudson. At Williams & Anderson, she focused on appeals and class action litigation, building the appellate and complex-case experience that now forms an important part of her practice.
At Reddick Law, Heather applies that experience to cases involving nursing home abuse, neglect, and serious personal injuries. She has also been involved in significant appellate matters, including cases before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In addition to her litigation practice, Heather has taught moot court and presented legal seminars on appellate practice, reflecting her continued involvement in developing trial and appellate advocacy skills.
