About Brooke
Brooke Blackwell is a personal injury attorney with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, serving clients throughout Arkansas. Raised in Hope and later based in Hot Springs, she developed an interest in law after initially pursuing a path connected to medicine. Her experience as a law clerk with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton gave her an opportunity to work on complex legal matters and experience the firm’s approach to client representation firsthand.
After joining the firm as an attorney, Blackwell built her practice around personal injury matters involving accidents, negligence, and other circumstances that can leave individuals and families facing significant challenges. Her work includes cases involving motor vehicle accidents, defective products, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, and other injury claims. In 2025, she was elected to the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Trustees. Blackwell is committed to pursuing legal remedies for clients while providing compassionate and attentive representation.
